So I've found a couple food meals that are both healthy and are ones that I really enjoy eating, but I've found that I eat the same thing over and over again. Its all kind of variations on the same theme. Let me just give some examples and you'll probably get the idea.

Oatmeal + spoon of peanutbutter stirred in + frozen berries to make it instantly edible

Yogurt + Granola + Berries

Granola + Soymilk + Banana Slices

Yogurt with a spoon of peanutbutter stirred in (this is actually super delish) + berries + banana slices

Yeah, I really like berries, there's big bags of frozen ones in the freezer section that's like the one thing not super overpriced at my local grocery center and they last forver because they are frozen.

But anyway, ... HELP! I need more variety. I definitely want to add in beans and cruciferous vegetables, but I'm not sure how to do that other than like making a stir fry or some shit. Ideally I'd like easy food meals like the ones listed above that I can build and chow down on in a matter of minutes. I'm not AGAINST cooking per say, but I'm looking more for snaack time meals, ya know, doing the whole eat 6 small snacks throughout the day instead of just one giant bigass meal.
