Asscreed has always had a solid foundation, but absolutely botched execution. I think if they merged the flashy swordplay, escape sequences and acrobatic movement with Hitman-esque social stealth and open-ended missions you would have a winner. Imagine a level with a Medici walking around inspecting a cathedral under construction, and there are a ton of ways to make sure he "accidentally" dies. Maybe have multiple characters where one character is the fighting expert with execution counters and disarms, but can't do the acrobatic stuff - and another who is great at parkour but can't do crowd stealth very well.
They bought the Anno devs and actualy managed to not turn it into shit. The latest one is more than good I would definitely recommend for strategy fans.
I guess I also have some nostalgia for the Splinter Cell games but that is it.
When was the last time Ubisoft made games worth playing? The original assassin's creeds were good at the time I guess
Black flag is neat, other ones just for the architecture tour

Black Flag is my favorite AC game, and it’s because pirating around is pretty darn fun

Ghost of Tsushima is the best Assassins Creed game and Ubisoft will never top it.
Driver San Francisco in 2011 maybe? I liked Watchdogs 2 quite a bit saying that though.
The Trackmania games are fun, but they might just distribute those.
