    1. All movement is good movement. You needn't kill yourself every day. Some days if you can sneak in 10-30 push ups and walk a mile, you fucking did it!

    2. Food intake is the easiest part of fitness to regulate. It's also the part you have the most control over and for a lot of people, it has the greatest influence on their physique.

    3. Find a routine that works for you. I hate going to the gym. I hate being outside (for a workout). I dedicated 50sq ft of my living quarters to working out. That works for me.

    4. It's ok to start slow. Work out 1x this week. Next week try 2x. Stay at 2x or move to 3x a week? Your call. It's your body.

    Just. Keep. Moving. No matter what you do.
