    Getting back at it after setbacks are hard. My approach to food and fitness is to just go as slowwwwww as you want. The slower the better tbh and make very slight improvements at your pace. You’ve got your whole life to figure out how you like moving your body and putting stuff in it, so just try different things and go slow. The results will follow when you get into a flow, are kind to yourself and start enjoying it.
