Neonazis unironically get mad at some random "indoeuropean" (now proven to be ancient north eurasian, but even if they were indoeuropean they would've most closely resembled modern Pashtuns) mummies from the bronze age in Xinjiang.

History is determined by whatever people hear repeated over and over again the most. They will never stop shilling their version of history because they know if they stop then other more accurate versions might enter public consciousness.

    • Carrying out an anti-corruption campaign that gets rid of lots of Deng-era officials (never mind how corrupt they actually were)
    • Consolidating power for your political ideology (aka playing to win, which is what anyone who's not a puppet should be doing anyway)
    • Breaking term limits
