If anyone has issues with the "international rules based order" they are going to have better chances if they all act at the same time. The 2 wars going on are proving the USA and its vassals are paper tigers with no industrial base so if anyone wants to do anything the US disapproves of now is the time.
This doesn't exactly sound like Venezuela is beating the wardrums, at least yet. Sounds more like an international legal battle will be fought, at least at first.

No one has listened to me so far but I think there is a serious risk war could result in someone getting quite seriously hurt
