If you don't want to go broke paying extortionary rents, you should get a six figure loan at near-double-digit interest to purchase a dump at the edge of town whose value is entirely predicated on infinite investment cash propping up the real estate market.

Its very simple economics 101 stuff that us logical centrists figure out how to do with our parents money ages ago.

Sometimes I really want to know what real estate investors are supposed to do that warrants them to be living it up. Because to me, real estate investing causes problems instead of provides a good or a service.

Sure, some millennials are drawn to the idea of a white picket fence and nesting, but other members of this generation strictly see homebuying as a smart financial move. Indeed, there has been an increase in the practice of “house hacking,” or renting out part or all of a home for extra income, a November Zillow report shows.

lmao. next up, "job hacking" / taking caffeine pills and taking an extra job on the graveyard shift. "body hacking" / selling organs on the dark web to make ends meet. these millennials are astutely finding all the smart financial moves to not die in the streets.
