Talk about workplace democracy a lot. Emphasizing how little power we have, and how much work we do, can get people thinking.
Also anything regarding healthcare /vacations/ etc can get people moving left pretty quick if they’re willing to think.
Also, while I’m fine with people being lazy and doing the bare minimum, many people have great ideas about how to make their jobs better/easier/more enjoyable buy are stifled by bosses/lack of say. Talking about helping eachother achieve things because apes together strong or whatever.
