Why are burritos so small?

structural integrity and cheapness, big burritos need a quality tortilla to hold it together and the filling to tortilla ration is greater, cheap burritos use inferior tortillas and less filling

One thing I learned from Chipotle is that you can keep pushing things, and add more tortillas if the first one breaks.

Make a bunch of cheap small burritos then bake them in the oven until the tortilla is like cardboard. Who do I like this? I honestly can't explain it but if I had to choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life that would be it.

Frozen burritos in a casserole dish with a ton of cheese on it, then bake until the edges of the tortillas start to brown, add tomatoes, lettuce, onions, sour cream, and maybe some black olives if you are dealing extra white. That shit hit the spot when I was younger.
