Like, it's so bad. I knew this, but my family threw on a documentary and it's just... like I don't even know. Is there any way we're making it out of this? Given the Political situation, I just don't see how we're going to stay under 3 degrees Celsius. I'm at a loss, this is why I don't watch these things because it just makes it so hard to go on.
What is the correct path forward? How could we possibly influence global politics enough to make a change in this? Serious answers wanted this is just so :agony-deep:
honestly at this point its better for collapse to happen faster, rather than drag it out, because the uninhabitability of the planet for humans is inevitable. the surivors will only start to see the other side of it all faster if we hit rock bottom faster.
In the meantime get good at homesteading skills, survival skills, and getting to know your neighbors. those are going to be the most relevant skillsets for us practically speaking.
