Title pretty self-explanatory. Ideally something that listens to designated system folders and automatically backs up to a USB drive. I'm working with Micro$oft WinBlows.
I could look this up but I figure there's enough nerds here and that asking here will have a high FOSS bias in answers.

Restic. Maybe it's a bit finicky to set up but it's got nice features like snapshots, versioning, retention options, deduplication, encryption...
I can also recommend free file sync. Or you could write a simple batch file and add it to the task scheduler
