I fucking hate these. Part of a previous hospital's mass casualty drilling was setting up a CBRNE station for decontamination. I'd have to wear one of these outdoors in tropical summer heat. It'd be 2-3 hours of pretending to wash dying people, knowing that cold water was right there and I couldn't have any. Meanwhile a medic instructor had worked on the president's CBRNE team, staged to respond at any public event, and he said that if it actually happened he'd just shoot himself immediately.
