I'm glad my guy David Brevik who worked on Diablo 1+2 wasn't involved in this shit. He actually talked about crunch culture in his GDC postmortem on Diablo. When did all this shit start, when Blizzard merged with Activision?
Probably the more corporate/bigger the company got, the worse the culture became.
