This sucks. E3 has been replaced in every major company's marketing budget by a "direct" where they can get a lot more attention focused onto themselves and have total control over the narrative that gets made of it, and while they might have maybe found a way to evolve with the times by focusing on smaller publishers, E3 caught COVID and died like Stan fukken Chera.
That said: PAX is basically "the better E3" and is still ongoing, so it's not all bad.
