Literally yes. They do everything within their power to force the cost of education and maintenance of the next generation onto the worker themselves. Think privitizing the cost of higher education (and now elementary/secondary education), pushing the cost of schools onto local property taxes so those who live in an area pay for it and not the companies that employ all of those workers, the dismantling of internal training/development programs and instead forcing workers to pay for their own training/certifications in order to get employed.
