Join a local advocacy org, ideally socialist.
Create a savings fund because abortions will still be available across state lines (for now). Let your gf and friends know about the fund and that they can use it. Better yet, find a group already doing these things and support them. Help drive people with uteruses to the airport, for example.
And pay very close attention to how conditions are deteriorating because you might need to cut your losses eventually.
