It's written from the perspective of a communist party and the "woman" is actually the proletarian masses. There are obviously many references to a literal revolution. Roll with the changes, tables turning, etc.

This is advising the masses to read theory, and once the status quo has become unbearable the party will be there to guide the masses to revolution.

This stanza references the party's knowledge that the revolution is made inevitable by the internal contradictions of capitalism.
