IMO it's poorly worded and they need a lawyer to review/rewrite it. For example, point 3 would be clearer if it was reworded as:
If the User is an organization with shareholders, then all shareholders must be employees and all employees must be shareholders with equal equity and/or equal vote.
Point 4 should also stipulate that:
the User must not be law enforcement or military, and must not provide goods or services to law enforcement or military.
The original wording may be open to dispute because you can provide products or services to an entity without "working under" the entity.
