      Thank you, I will definitely keep you all updated. I didn't get a chance to reply all day because I posted this right after I clocked in and learned about how shook the owners were. One of the managers who I was a little wary of just because he's kind of a meathead dudebro came to me basically begging me to take a recently vacated manager position that he is somehow bewildered hasn't been filled when it's overwhelmingly obvious they've been distributing the workload of anyone that quits onto senior employees without raises or promotions.

      It was kinda funny watching a guy figure out labor theory of value in real time though. It turns out if nobody is there to actually facilitate the exchange of your goods your entire business grinds to a halt.

      It also was amazing seeing a whole bunch of young folks learn through direct experience the power that we hold as workers. I've always tried to educate them on labor laws and how to protect themselves and gotten into some great discussions about class politics and it made me feel so much better finally demonstrating how much power we have via direct action.
