It's hard to go wrong with plain old Texas Pete. It's not fancy, but it's cheap and tastes good on pretty much anything. They also have a hotter version, which is still not super hot.

I also like Cholula, specifically the chili garlic and green pepper flavors.

If you live somewhere where you can find Jamaican groceries, I recommend Walkerswood and Pickapeppa. They've got a little sweetness to them, but not too much.
