im eating sambal oelek rn, from Huy Fong Foods, I like to put it on my eggs. Its a little different from a classic hot sauce tho. I also use Frank's Red Hot a lot.
Sambal is also a really delicious thing to make yourself! You can make it with pretty much any Chiles you can get at the supermarket. If you've never tried fermentation, this is like the easiest and most rewarding place to start. Pm me for recipe

That shit is the best since it doesn't even have much salt or any sugar. It doesn't try to be a sauce really it is just perfect
