MS is attempting to implement a security feature that slows just about everything memory related down, allegedly slowing down gaming up to 28% :big-cool:
It's on by default for prebuikt PCs, no custom ones. It's part of the Windows 11 for OEMs. Also you can just turn it off, it's mostly aimed at enterprise I guess
