    But the rapid transit is on rails or not? I'm not sure of the deffinitions, but by the description sounds like a complain on the method. Same for India.

      "Rapid Transit" usually refers to trains. Wikipedia:

      Modern service on rapid transit systems are provided on designated lines between stations typically using electric multiple units on rail tracks, although some systems use guided rubber tires, magnetic levitation (maglev), or monorail.

      "Bus Rapid Transit" exists, but usually gets referred to as such, from what I've seen.
