My old clunker outback finally shit the bed for good this year. Bought a used car. Ended up buying a money sink. In the 4 months I've had it, this piece of shit has needed a total of $1400 in repairs already.
And now it broke down again today, wouldn't start. Was able to get a jump but now I'm wondering why the battery died in the first place and when it'll die again.
Bad alternator? Also, I would suggest getting one of those compact jump boxes. It's saved me a bunch of times. Ours was like $60 and I use it for all kinds of stuff. You can charge phones etc. off of them as well
