How to *phonetically read Korean. While a good first step, you still won't be able to actually understand anything, besides maybe loan words.
Does Korean use a lot of loan words like Japanese? Because I stopped studying Japanese many years ago and forgot most Kanji, but just being able to pick out loan words and the basic grammatical structure of a sentence is still good enough to get the vague idea of what a warning or notice says, for example.

Actually it says Map but I think Mouth because I learned Japanese kanji and that is the symbol for Mouth, borrowed from Chinese
