Internet sensation Deputy Duckling was filmed kicking a 14 year-old to death by several bystanders. Footage, which is too graphic to be shown by 9News, clearly showed the entire 12 minute unprovoked assault that caused the teenager to be airlifted to Denver Children's Hospital where they later died. The identity of the teenager has not yet been released, pending the coroner's report which will also inform the grand jury on any charges for Dep. Duckling, who joined the local sheriff department only one day prior. A 9News investigation has revealed Duckling's long and troubled history with DUI and racially-motivated attacks while employed by different departments across the country. Dep. Duckling was placed on paid administrative leave pending the coroner's report and Sheriff Snake issued a statement praising Duckling's long history of serving his community, calling the attack an "unfortunate accident".
