Why's she blaming the whole of Russia?

Is it even concealed anymore honestly? Admitting you dislike someone solely on the basis of their culture seems pretty mask off.

Also weird to be "part of a language" considering how common Russian is in Ukraine.

It could be said to be "concealed" relative to posting the stick figure violence comic with a Russian flag over it like people are doing on Twitter rn

          Show

Sorry don't know how to remove the meme

reminds me of that one twitter post where some cracker said that black people made them uncomfortable

and like how a black person immediately showed up in that post replying with a "BOO [n-word]", we need a russian person showing up doing something similar lmao

      fuck these privileged racists

Personally Russians going about living their lives, their country ascendant once more economically, on the world stage, and with common cause found with China and the global south, gives me warm fuzzy feelings.

Russia today, for all its issues, is one of the champions of humanity in my eyes. No doubt for every libshit, brainwashed westerner who feels like she does, there are dozens or more across the world from those Russia helps today, or the Soviets helped prior, and even in western countries (some leftists, some more reactionary and liking it for the wrong reasons, but in the case of de-Nazification and sticking it to NATO all's good all the same as I see it).

I was always going to be a bit of a Russophile anyways, but nowadays? For all their country's flaws (none of which involve Ukraine) anyone simply being Russian (and proud of it), will score considerable points in my book, and if I get a halfways decent vibe from them I would tell them it too. Russians are heroes in my eyes, complicated heroes maybe but overwhelmingly first and foremost, heroes.

I don't think Russia is ultimately "good" but incidentally going against western hegemony. And it is hilarious to see the most basic white people jumping at shadows and freaking out because they're so scared of the Russian boogeyman.

I'm much more sceptical, but the conflict with the West opens a pathway toward reindustrialization and leftward shift. I hope this chance wouldn't be squandered.
