Happens places like Cytube, twitter. I haven't been able to find the problem online because search engines are now trash that only work if you want to buy something.

First make sure it's a cross-browser issue for you. If it is, might be a driver or codec problem. Clean driver reinstall could be a start. There are tools both AMD and Nvidia have that help completely uninstall the drivers, registry keys and everything, then download the latest (stable) drivers.
