    Anyone know if the accusation being lobbed in the comments that most of the longtime writers and editors have left and this is a moneygrab by one guy who took over and named himself editor in chief is legit at all? I like the site but not thaaat much so if that's true I'm definitely not giving them money...

          Yeah I wasn't really reading any of that section but I could see why they would maybe want to branch out to that kind of content. Definitely noticed a dip in overall quality of the satire the past few months though.

            Game Guides are mostly SEO farm, put out as soon as possible after a popular game drops to get as many eyes as possible. All about maximizing a website's profits, so they underpay the shit out of guide writers because it's usually aspiring games journalists trying to get a foot in the door. Just another indicator of its intended direction

        no clue, I assume so, but feel free to read the article and the comments, they said something about spinning off/selling the hard times but I thought they bought it back
