This explains why I lose so much weight when I diet, but it also means that when I put on weight, I'm eating 4k+ in a single day. Checks out tbh.

I work from home. Yesterday I went for a short walk and did a couple press ups. I'm a bit fat but not exactly morbin' time so kinds doubt these results.
Apparently fitbits underestimate calories burned from walking and overestimate calories burned from vigorous exercise, but I didn't get any, so who is to say.
