The whole season didn't come out at once it's only the first 12 episodes. Usually most JoJo seasons last about 20 to 25 episodes I'm not entirely sure why they decided to release the first 12 I think because Netflix just wanted to be special. Cuz actually some confusion on the JoJo sub on Reddit because people aren't entirely sure if we're going to wait 12 weeks to finally catch up or if they're just going to release episode 13 next week
