      Honestly it's not that bad, their snow removal system is admittedly a marvel of civil engineering... if it wasn't so godawful for the people living there. The snow removal really relies on people having either no cars at all, have a steady 9-5 where there cars will be parked elsewhere anyway, or be rich enough to afford a private, off-street parking. Snow removal happens and one side of a street becomes no parking from 7-7, either am-pm or pm-am. So at any one time, half the spots are gone in the city during the winter. If it's 7am-7pm and you happen to work 9-5 or similar it's not bad: you'll be awake around 7 to move your car if the trucks come by, or after 5 for the same. It's 7pm-7am, better fucking hope you have private parking or no car at all. And if you work odd hours, forget it.
