    Beans: You soak them, cook them, then season them with salt, pepper, garlic. They're good. I can't imagine being so scared of grass that I contemplate eating the little shit worms.

      If you have an instant pot or any other electric pressure cooker then it's even easier. I always have a container full of beans in the fridge, sometimes I'll just eat a spoonful as a snack, or warm them up and eat them with rice (which I also keep in a container, ready to go), or just add some leafy greens and you've got yourself a salad. Also, you can add some seitan to that shit and it's a crazy delicious salad packed with protein and no bugs.
