Not quite. There were rumours that the Houthis struck US/UK aircraft doing bombing runs with Stinger MANPADs that they obviously should be able to have, but could have bought on the black arms market where there's been a sudden increase that coincides with Ukraine getting a bunch.

I too really hope it's true, but I havent seen any confirmation yet...
