My first thought exactly. Tbh there should be a bit more effort to bring marketing people to the FOSS world

Yeah, the whole "soydev" thing and groyper imagery makes it obvious that this is a 4chan Nazi.

The webmaster's blog is full of obnoxious esoteric shit too. Honestly I'm just relived I found something that isn't a wellnessmama1488 wordpress blog. It's public domain, if you have the html you can fork and it start something with tags.

The idea is good, idk about the background though. I tried posting stuff to the major cooking sites and they never get posted, I suspect its since I don't have affiliate this and that and perfect pictures from a camera used to film Jurassic Park.

They made a lot of them. And corporations get them too now. Google has two of them (.goog and .google). Oracle even owns .java (a TLD for a programming language, not for the actual place 😂). It's because all of these internet organizations (IANA, etc.) are still controlled by the United States. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Internet_top-level_domains#Brand_top-level_domains

holy shit this is literally what I needed. Like a straight up wikipedia like site for cooking. I hate looking for recipes online with a passion.

I was afraid that it would only have american measurements, but most recipees are actually usable. For some reason a high density of swiss food.
