Snow Postman part 1 of 2 from the 1996 VHS "Classic Fairy Tales From Around The World." Animated in Russia. English dub.

The English dub is corny, but I have fond memories of watching it in December as a child.

That's part one. Here's part 2. I can't find the whole thing in one video on YouTube.

But, it looks like someone uploaded the Russian version to Facebook.
