    Every time someone says racism doesnt exist I send them a statistic like this and then they immediately go full on eugenics and say it must be something like sickle-cell or w/e that's killing black kids in hospitals, it cant be malpractice or neglect to these people

      aren't doctors supposed to know about stuff like that and test for it? why would that justify disparate outcomes?

        The people just want to blame anything but white and racism, so they blame fate or "inferior genetics" of black people

          black people have higher rates of obesity but no one discusses why that is. instead they just act like its some immutable fact

            A lot of people in the united states suffering the fundamental attribution error - everything they do is a result of the circumstance, while everything someone else does is due to inherent traits

    when i was studying health care in college, we had a case study on medical racism in pregnant black women in texas having higher mortality than developing countries during birth and it basically came down to racist nurses sending them for c section
