Ok yeah, it's not Friday. I tried posting Friday but couldn't upload the pic to hexbear and didn't want to use imgur. Then I got distracted. Looks like all my other pics from previous posts are gone but I figured out how to use catbox so I'll make an album of all the weights sometime.
So anyway, here's a set of brake disk weight I had that were originally 18lbs with just concrete. The disks didn't have the heat vent things like my other weights so there was no place to pour resin inside so I used tape around the edge to hold in in and poured it on the rims. Using a bunch of spare washers, bbs, and stuff to add weight. I have a bucket of this stuff in my barn just collecting dust. Idk if they would be considered my nicest looking pair or my worst but they are definitely the most ridiculous.
I missed my usual Thursday but managed to get it in on Friday. Increased weight of my squats to 155. I take it very cautious with squats so I did not push to any sets of 10. I managed 2x8, 2x7, and 2x6 sets. This morning my legs are on fire. Overhead presses I did 3x10 and 2x8. So close to my 4x10 sets but I'm hopeful I'll make it next week and go up in weight. I've been at 95lbs with this for a month now.
As for outfit was same as Monday. Orange shirt and socks, green shorts and pants.
