The best cost/quality ratio pizza IMO is Aldi's. Gotta cook it yourself so it might not be an option, but it's big, good and cheap which is exactly what I want from a pizza.

They're not frozen, but I'm not sure the logistics behind them ie if they have ever been frozen.
