Maybe it's doing other things to take care of myself, but it felt good to finally put myself out there.
I'm nervous, but once I did it, I realized it wasn't as horrible as I thought. I partly want to thank this site and this community for giving me the boost to she a chance on myself.
That's great. Creating is the most human thing there is, with sharing taking a close second.

I thought short story journals gone. That people these days have to commit to a trilogy of 500 page books or not get published at all.
Right on man! If it doesn't get accepted there are still quite a few others around :) Use thegrinder.diabolicalplots.com to search for any applicable. It's kinda slow, but honestly pretty great if you can wait a bit for the searches to complete
Also, this is always my advice but keep submitting elsewhere if it doesn't get in. Most of writing shorts is honestly just getting rejected from journals lol. No shame in it, and most honestly expect it :)
