Seriously I hate them. There is no greater fatigue I feel then doing these fucking things.

Here's another pair of 20lb'ers I made not too long ago. Little less flashy than my others but they get the job done when I need them.

Today was first day back for squats and overhead presses. Reduced my squat weight down to 145lbs just to get back in the swing of things. Sucked so hard. Managed 2 sets of 10, 2x8, and a 1x9 to end it. Overhead presses I am at 95lbs. Did 2 sets of 10, 2x8, and 1x7. I also have been doing curls again. Until my new 10lb weights for my dumbbells cure and I get them fixed up I'm stuck at 25lbs. Doing 4 sets of 12 right now just to keep my biceps active. All in all I'm feeling good about today. I'm sure the soreness will be absolutely atrocious tomorrow.

I wore a pink shirt and socks I dyed myself. Black shorts and stockings. When I run out of weights to post I'll have to start taking blurry outfit pictures.

Hell yeah! I got a bowflex last month and have been eating healthier. Lost some weight over the last month and it gave me a huge motivation boost. I appreciate these posts alot. Keep it up!

your weights are very cool. im going to try to make some instead of buying next time i need more. have you made any 20kg+?

my training program has moved onto sets of 3s aka the best bit. heavy enough to be fun and not tiring, not so heavy to be scary

did deadlift and front squats today and feel good and strong and flexible like a leopard or a very strong weasel

Heaviest I have made are 35lbs using some heavy duty brake disks from some trucks. Doubt I'll ever make 45lb weights. Would probably need to get a mold for them and do pure concrete. Or find some like semi truck brake disks or something idk.
