Might be able to DL it later today, but (assuming you're running a pirated copy of HOI4) I'm not sure you'd be able to actually install the workshop files without using steam's interface somehow. Have you tried joining their discord to see if they can provide you with any help?
One last thing: running the page through a machine translation it seems like the mod might only work if the language is set to chinese; have you tried that?
I tried but the link was expired lol. Also I can read Chinese, no problem! It was that I couldn't install it because steam is crap.
ah.... I tried a few times but it keeps getting stuck at 100%, I was just going to ask you. Sorry to bother you, but do you know how to like fix that?
If you're talking about downloading from mega, it might just look like it's hanging because there are like a thousand files <1kb and that really slows it down. It took around 20 minutes to get through them all and for my upload progress to get above 0%; might be the same for downloading. Trying to download it myself atm to check what happens.
EDIT: "Frozen" at 100%, going to leave it for a while and see what happens.
If you're talking about loading into the game itself, you need to be running version 1.12.14, but other than that it launched fine.
Yeah, it gets frozen at 100%. If I could get it into my computer I could probably run it fine.
Well it never resolved even after 2.5 hours, must be a problem with Mega. Too many files at once maybe? Idk. If you know of another filesharing site I can try that later tonight.

Looks like pixeldrain can't do folders so that's a no-go. Sorry, but I don't know what else to do next.
