So a cell is both the organic unit, but also a term for a self-contained unit of an org that contains at most one or two people who are able to contact the other subdivisions. That way it minimizes risk if the members are caught. A sufficiently motivated state can make anyone talk, that’s what the black sites are for. Therefore, don’t give people the knowledge to cause damage by talking.

It only goes wrong if the leader is caught, but they only know a few points of contact who can limit the spread by taking action once a person who knows them is caught.

The joke is no longer funny because I explained it, sad face.

I think your analogy would work better if it had more wrestling in it. Have you ever considered that?

Have you considered making a better version of it? That might work better.

Congrats on the stolen Reddit bit btw.

Fair, I’m being a dick and am going to log out until I change that mindset.

Nah I’m back. The work day combined with post work drinks in a way that overcame my defenses against being an asshole.

Not an excuse, I should have been more vigilant. More of an explanation so you don’t think I did this I full possession of a sound mind.

Absolutely understandable. I could have telegraphed I was joking around a lot better. If it’s any consolation I did think the whole cell metaphor (analogy? simile?) was great. Originally I was trying to come up with a stupid Dragon Ball reference but couldn’t make it work, so I fell back on a classic, albeit cringy Reddit meme.

                    Yo, a fellow DBZ enjoyer.

                    Hell yeah,

Maybe something like: “the revolutionary cell is a perfect organism” overlayed an image of cell in a poster style.

Ok, but still, could you add more wrestling? Like maybe someone does a diamond cutter or something?

No, I despise professional wrestling and it’s fanbase.

Ok, final attempt at a gotcha: do you watch WWE or indie stuff? If both, it counts as just WWE.

oh no, i have been legally found to be cringe

(as in, yes, i loosely follow and occasionally watch PPVs for WWE, AEW, NJPW, TNA and go to australian indies a few times a year)

The indie stuff is actually cool. It’s like a form of theatre.

I just really hate the WWE. It’s exploited people to the point of killing them and more on things on top.
