At least if you're poor, schools do serve a very valuable daycare role, since your job(s) ensure that you physically cannot spend enough time at home for that. But if you're some small business tyrant (which I assume these chud parents tend to be, but I'm not very familiar with the demographics of this particular group of assholes), what's stopping you?
