Violence has erupted at a Coastal GasLink pipeline work site in Northern B.C., leaving workers shaken and millions of dollars in damage.
Very early Thursday, just after midnight, Coastal GasLink security called RCMP for help, reporting it was under attack by about 20 people, some wielding axes.
RCMP Chief Supt. Warren Brown, commander for the north district, called the attack a “calculated and organized violent attack that left its victims shaken and a multi-million dollar path of destruction.”

So these people managed to millions of dollars in damage, destroy buildings and heavy equipment yet couldn't hurt a single person that were attacking?
My hot take is this was probably a legit protest, doing that much damage without hurting anyone takes restraint and it would make a better false flag narrative if a couple people ended up in the hospital. Protestors seem a lot more likely to care about not hurting people then a company trying get marshall law or whatever imposed.
I think you're right about this. It takes a commitment to an end goal and not just a bunch of people coming along for the ride.
