Any Spanish learners have any tips?

I use Duolingo, study congugations with flash cards, watch Spanish YouTube videos, and go to a Spanish conversation group but i just feel like when I try to start talking i really struggle

In my experience the key to speaking is listening, listening, and then listening some more. Studying grammar for years will do nothing for real time communication, you need to internalize how the language works at a subconscious level. Binge some movies and TV series with English subs, then repeat with Spanish subs, then no subs.

      That makes sense!

Grammer is also just waaayyy less fun to actually study. I feel like it's a lot easier to get myself to listen to something than to like drill grammer

Movies and TV for grammar and pronunciation, books for vocabulary.

Conceptos elementales del materialismo histórico by Marta Harnecker for all of the Communist words, for example.
