Again due to my lack of self control I stayed up way too late and only had time for 15 minutes of rowing. Today is going to be a busy slog but I'm definitely going to bed early tonight

I didn’t post the last couple days bc I’ve been busy and haven’t had too much time to hop online, but I did increase my jogging-to-walk ratio.

I think the first day I injured my knee a little bit from wearing less than ideal shoes, so gonna take a break from cardio today and do weights

Way to go! Slow and steady wins the race! Lack of proper shoes was one of the factors that made me choose to get a rowing machine, that, it's low impact on my joints which is a benefit since I'm on the heavier side, and it's (kinda) winter where I am and I've always had a really hard time catching my breath when it's cold so indoor exercise is a huge plus!

Thank you, I appreciate it! This is the most successful I've been on an exercise regimen, I think it's been a combo of the motivation to post here and all the wonderful comrades here, taking a more laid back attitude and not forcing myself to do 30 minutes or nothing, and being able to basically roll out of bed into my workout with very little setup/preparation like getting my stuff together to go to the gym

Awesome! I wish I could have daily exercise again, it was a really satisfying way to start the day. Maybe soon.

Hopefully you'll be in the position to get back into exercising soon! Even 10-15 minutes in the morning is a great start to your day!

I was fucking exhausted today. My numbers were good but it took forever and I was just dragging, no endorphins. Sleep is so important I’m still recovering from a bad night two nights ago.

Yea, a poor nights sleep makes a huge impact on my energy levels and general quality of life! I hope you can get to bed early and have a good nights sleep tonight!
