Deadlifts, squats, bench, and curls today. Should have done deadlifts and squats yesterday but I wasn't feeling it. Did pretty good. Deadlifts gonna move up next week. Probably do one more week of squats at this level. Depending on what my physical therapist says with my visit tomorrow. I'm almost able to do 5 sets of 10 with my 34lb concrete dumbbells. Gonna have to make some heavier ones soon. Also getting better at proper pull ups. Apparently my form was shit so been practicing that before really going hard at it.
Also just got a used treadmill. Looking forward to getting cardio in.... Speaking of running...I miss nightly jogging comrade. Hope you are well.
