    Since many post-soviet states still use the same equipment, russia puts "Z" on its stuff to distinguish it from ukrainian stuff. It has become a russian nationalist thing on top of that. Libs have been frothing over the "Z" lately saying it's "the new swastika" which is extra ironic, given azov. on top of that, azov's wolfsangel looks like a Z with a strike through it Z.
