Apparently my leg stretches are woefully inadequate and my hammy and some other muscles and tendons are so tight "she could strum them like a guitar." So cool. Good to know I'm a dumbass. On the plus side my actual back flexibility is like, super good. As well as stability. She's like 95% certain it's not from my disks but a pissed of piriformis muscle and possibly my hip joints got something funk going on. So potential MIR scans of that in the future. Hurray US medical costs!
Also my lifting has been reduced to no more than "maintenance" levels of weight. Am the big sad.
